New Homes | New Destinations
We are a group of local community members advocating for the El Cerrito Plaza BART station to become a vibrant center with mixed-income housing, commerce, and public spaces that enhance the existing neighborhood and furthers the Plaza’s potential to serve as a community-gathering hub for all.
We believe in a vibrant El Cerrito Plaza where current and future El Cerritans and the broader East Bay community can live, shop, dine, walk, bike, sit, travel, and simply enjoy a beautiful, community-oriented setting where all are welcome.
